ScienCure Medical (02291): Chen Ming and Ma Haiqi Appointed as Joint Company Secretaries

Zhitong Finance APP News, Xintai Medical (02291) announced that Mr. Qin Xue has resigned as the Company's joint company secretary due to work arrangement adjustments, effective from October 22, 2026. Mr. Qin Xue will continue to serve as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Group; and Ms. Yang Lishan has resigned as the other joint company secretary, as the agent authorized to accept legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (authorized recipient of legal process documents) under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, due to work arrangement adjustments, effective from October 22, 2026.
