(Mongolia Zhisuan Nengjian) recently entered into the "Cargo Transportation Framework Agreement" with Qianlima Coal Mine Co., Ltd. (Qianlima Coal Mine). During the same period, Mongolia Zhisuan Nengjian entered into the "Electric Heavy Truck Transportation Project Joint Venture Agreement" with Hainan Yiliqi Limited Liability Company (Hainan Yiliqi) as a supporting arrangement for the transportation framework agreement.
