(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a resignation report submitted by Mr. Yu Yingkui, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Due to work arrangement requirements, Mr. Yu Yingkui has applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. After departure, he will still hold other positions in the Company. His resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Company's board of directors.
