Zhitong Finance APP News, Aidewei Construction Group (06189.HK) announced that on September 17, 2026, the Board and the Company's audit committee received a resignation letter dated September 15, 2026 from Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., resigning as the Company's auditor with immediate effect. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board has proposed that, following the resignation of Beijing Xinghua, Zhongzhixin (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. be appointed as the Company's new auditor, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company before taking effect.
