() failed to accurately reflect the actual progress of its AI short drama, intelligent computing center, and other businesses, as well as the calculation basis for its development plans, in media interviews and responses on the SSE e-Interaction platform. The company also failed to adequately warn of risks such as uncertainties in future development, and only disclosed relevant announcements for clarification after regulatory urging. The information released was inaccurate and incomplete, the risk warnings were insufficient, and it may have misled investors' decisions. The Listed Company Management Department I of the Shanghai Stock Exchange decided to issue a regulatory warning to Fujian Nanwei Software Co., Ltd. and Zhang Yuan, the then Board Secretary.
