October 21 news: JPMorgan has sharply raised its price target for Elon Musk's space company SpaceX from $240 to $500, more than doubling the target, while maintaining its Overweight rating. JPMorgan forecasts that SpaceX's revenue will reach $254 billion next year; the company's AI computing capacity is expected to expand from 1.7 gigawatts as of the end of last month to 10 gigawatts by the end of next year. The bank also said that an assessment of a potential merger between SpaceX and Tesla is of strategic significance, but it currently cannot be determined whether the merger transaction will ultimately materialize.
