Tianli Lithium Energy announced that 900,000 shares of the company held by Wang Ruiqing, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, were judicially sold by the Jiangmen Pengjiang District People's Court, with the transfer completed on October 16, 2026, and the transferee being Wang Zixu. Following this change, Wang Ruiqing's shareholding ratio decreased from 19.27% to 18.51%, and the combined shareholding ratio of Wang Ruiqing and his concert parties Li Wen and Li Xuan decreased from 39.48% to 38.72%. This change in equity touches the 1% integer threshold. This change will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will have no material adverse impact on the company's production and operations.
