Hong Kong strengthens measures to cope with peak arrivals at Huanggang Port

The Security Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government said today that at Huanggang Port, the flow of southbound passengers began to increase from 2 pm. Between 2 pm and 4 pm, about 9,401 passengers entered Hong Kong via Huanggang Port, an increase of 366% compared with the same period in the past at Huanggang Port/Lok Ma Chau Control Point. The southbound passenger flow is expected to increase further later today.
