Mingxin Xuteng: Mingxin Asset plans to transfer 9.3 million shares to Zhang Yafei by agreement, accounting for 5.73% of total share capital.

Mingxin Xuteng announced that on October 18, 2026, Zhejiang Mingxin Asset Management Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5%, signed an agreement with Zhang Yafei to transfer 9.3 million shares at a price of RMB 17.5 per share, for a transfer consideration of RMB 163 million. The transaction is still subject to compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the completion of share transfer registration; after completion, Mingxin Asset's shareholding ratio will decrease from 14.50% to 8.77%, and Zhang Yafei will hold 5.73%.
