Haimo Technologies: The transfer of 59.261 million shares to Fan Zhonghua and Yang Baohe by Xinyue Zhengcheng has completed registration.

Haimo Technologies announced that its largest shareholder, Ningbo Xinyue Zhengcheng Energy Co., Ltd., had previously planned to transfer 27.438 million shares and 31.823 million shares to Fan Zhonghua and Yang Baohe, respectively, totaling 59.261 million shares, accounting for 10.80% of the total share capital; the relevant shares completed transfer registration on October 15, 2026. After the transfer, Xinyue Zhengcheng holds 55 million shares, accounting for 10.02%; this transfer did not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the transferees have committed not to transfer the acquired shares within 18 months from the date of transfer registration.
