Kingfa Sci. & Tech. (600143.SH) Chairman Proposes RMB 300 Million to RMB 500 Million Share Buyback

(600143.SH) announced that Mr. Chen Pingxu, Chairman of the Company, proposed that the Company use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase part of the Company's shares through centralized bidding transactions. All repurchased shares will be used for cancellation and to reduce the Company's registered capital. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase is RMB 300 million (inclusive) to RMB 500 million (inclusive).
