Zhito Finance APP News, Hongyang Services (01971.HK) announced that Ms. Chen Zhuoman (Ms. Chen) has resigned as the Company's joint company secretary (Joint Company Secretary) and will cease to act as the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (Listing Rules) (Authorized Representative), as well as the process agent for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), with effect from October 19, 2026.
