Zhitong Finance APP News, Lianmei Holdings (600167.SH) announced that the company and its shareholders Lianmei Group Co., Ltd., Lhasa Hetai Decoration Co., Ltd., Shenyang Infunode Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Meiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. respectively received the "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on October 16, 2026. All of them, on the grounds of "suspected failure to submit relevant reports or perform information disclosure obligations as required, in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations," were decided by the CSRC to be placed under investigation.
