Lens Technology (06613.HK) plans to acquire a 59.7805% equity stake in PMG International for US$25 million.

Zhito Finance APP News, Lens Technology (06613.HK) announced that on October 16, 2026, the company (as purchaser) signed a Share Purchase Agreement in respect of 59.7805% shares of PMG International Co., Ltd. with Mr. Lui Chung-sau (as vendor), PMG International, Yuanshi Technology, and Lui Shao-hua, pursuant to which the company conditionally agreed to purchase approximately 2.989 million ordinary shares of PMG International held by Mr. Lui Chung-sau, representing 59.7805% of the entire issued share capital of PMG International, for a consideration of US$25 million.
