Shanghai Kaixin announced that the Concerted Action Agreement signed on October 15, 2023 by the company's actual controller Ge Wenyue and his persons acting in concert Shao Wei, Liu Feng, Yang Qi, and Yang Haopeng expired on October 15, 2026. The parties recently signed a Supplementary Agreement to the Concerted Action Agreement, extending the concerted action period by 6 years to October 15, 2032, while the other terms of the original agreement remain in effect.
