Colliers: Hong Kong's commercial real estate market grew steadily in the third quarter, with office rents in Central and Admiralty expected to rise more than 10% this year.
Zhito Finance APP has learned that Colliers released its "Q3 2026 Market Report," pointing out that Hong Kong's commercial real estate market further achieved steady growth during the period. Li Wanyin, Head of Hong Kong Research and Retail Advisory at the firm, said that demand for premium office space and education-related assets was particularly prominent during the period, and despite financing costs remaining high, tenants and investors were still actively seeking opportunities with long-term value. The pace of market recovery varies by industry and region, but with improving office absorption, growth in visitor arrivals to Hong Kong, and the return of cross-border capital, the market outlook is gradually becoming clearer.
