(hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Xinwang") and other partners, using its own funds to subscribe for property shares of Jiaxing Zhuohua. The total subscribed capital contribution of the fund is RMB 50.10 million, of which the company, as a limited partner, contributed RMB 20 million in monetary form, with a contribution ratio of 39.9202%.
