E-House Enterprise Holdings (02048.HK): The Cayman Plan has become effective in accordance with its terms

Zhito Finance APP News, E-House Enterprise Holdings (02048.HK) announced that (i) by an order made on October 9, 2026 (Cayman Islands time), the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has approved the Cayman Plan; and (ii) in respect of the Cayman Plan, all Cayman Plan Conditions have been satisfied and the Cayman Plan Effective Date is October 9, 2026 (Cayman Islands time). Accordingly, the Cayman Plan has become effective in accordance with its terms.
