Zhitong Finance APP News, Jiuhua Tourism (603199.SH) announced that the company recently received a "Notification Letter Regarding the Planning of Capital Contribution Using Its Shares in Anhui Jiuhua Mountain Tourism Development Co., Ltd." from shareholder Anhui Provincial Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial Investment Group"). According to higher-level work arrangements, shareholder Provincial Investment Group is planning to contribute its 16.2674 million shares in the company as capital to Anhui Provincial Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group"). After the capital contribution is completed, Provincial Investment Group will no longer hold shares in the company, and Provincial Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group will become the company's second largest shareholder. The actual controller of Provincial Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Anhui Province.

The debt financing boom to raise funds for AI infrastructure construction is pitting governments and tech giants against each other in a battle for capital. Bank of America strategists say this trend is driving up borrowing costs for developing countries, whose bond yields are already under upward pressure from geopolitical concerns, high oil prices and rising policy rates. Since the second half of this year, the average yield on emerging-market dollar bonds has surged by nearly 1 percentage point, reaching its highest level since April last year. Institutional data shows that in the second half of this year alone, just two tech giants, Amazon and Google parent Alphabet Inc., have issued debt totaling the equivalent of about $70 billion. By comparison, international bond issuance by emerging-market sovereign borrowers has halved to $45 billion since July 1, down from $91 billion a year earlier.
