The board reviewed and approved the company, as one of the limited partners, to sign the "Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Contract" with Shanghai Zhengxingu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengxingu"), and to participate in the investment in Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) with 500 million yuan of its own funds.
