Zhitong Finance APP News, Rongfeng Holding (000668.SZ) announced that on October 10, 2026, Shengshida and the transferee Guangzhou Xintu Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Xintu") signed the "Share Transfer Agreement regarding Rongfeng Holding Group Co., Ltd." Shengshida intends to transfer 45.0721 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company it holds to Guangzhou Xintu by way of agreement transfer, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital of the listed company, at an agreement transfer price of RMB 18.63 per share.
