Zhito Finance APP News: Aofei Data (300738.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding, using its own funds or self-raised funds, and to use them for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans at an appropriate time in the future. The funds for the share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million. The repurchase price shall not exceed RMB 29.88 per share.
