Zhitong Finance APP News, CICC (601995.SH) announced that the company plans to absorb and merge Dongxing Securities and Xinda Securities through a share swap by issuing A-shares. Dongxing Securities and Xinda Securities have received approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for delisting and will be delisted on October 19, 2026, without entering a delisting consolidation period. After delisting, the original shareholders' shares will be converted into CICC A-shares at the swap ratio.
