Zhitong Finance APP News, China Financial Investment Management (00605.HK) announced that on October 12, 2026, Shenzhen Lingda Microcredit (as lender, a wholly-owned subsidiary controlled by the Company) entered into a loan agreement with Client GT (as borrower), pursuant to which Shenzhen Lingda Microcredit agreed to grant a loan to the borrower in the principal amount of RMB 10 million for a term of one year.
