(hereinafter referred to as "Anliantong") recently signed a "Product Purchase and Sales Contract" with Supplier A to purchase high-performance server computing power chips, with independent acceptance and billing in batches. The total contract amount including tax is RMB 2.131 billion; and signed a "Sales Contract" with Supplier B to purchase high-performance server computing power chips, fulfilling corresponding contract payment obligations in the form of one-time or batch delivery by the seller, with a total contract settlement amount of RMB 852 million.
