Samsung Electronics is developing three types of z-NAND flash memory.

Industry insiders revealed on the 12th that Samsung Electronics is expanding the application scope of its next-generation NAND flash product "zNAND," and has initially developed three types of z-NAND flash memory. In addition to the recently released z-NAND-O, these also include z-NAND-T and z-NAND-I. Samsung Electronics first showcased a prototype of z-NAND-O at a memory-related event held in the United States in August last year.
