Nvidia is in talks to acquire Reflection AI.

Nvidia is in talks to acquire U.S. open-weight model startup Reflection AI, or to further increase its investment in the company. The terms of the deal under negotiation cannot currently be determined; Reflection AI's latest valuation was $25 billion in a funding round in March of this year.
