CECEP Solar Energy's first integrated "PV + grid-forming energy storage" project in Tibet lands in Nagqu.
Recently, the CECEP Baqing 100MW photovoltaic + grid-forming energy storage project was successfully filed, marking a "zero breakthrough" for CECEP Solar Energy Company in the development of integrated photovoltaic and energy storage projects in high-altitude areas of Tibet. The project is located around the Meipatang Reservoir in Baqing County, Nagqu City, Tibet. It plans to build a 100-megawatt photovoltaic power station, along with a 20MW/80MWh grid-forming energy storage facility. The energy storage ratio reaches 20% of the installed capacity, with an energy storage duration of 4 hours.
