India initiates second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into toluene diisocyanate involving China

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 30, India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that, in response to an application filed by the domestic Indian company Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, it has initiated a second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into toluene diisocyanate with an isomer ratio of 80:20 originating in or imported from China, Japan, and South Korea. The case involves products under Indian customs code 29291020. The dumping investigation period for this case is April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, and the injury investigation period covers April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
