The Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology recently officially issued the "Work Plan for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Sichuan Province." The Plan makes clear that the province will continue to optimize the three-tier "Enterprise Home" service system at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, and promote the channeling of resources to parks and industrial clusters. It will carry out a special action for SME overseas expansion services and give play to the role of exhibition platforms such as the China International SME Fair. It will strengthen training for enterprise management personnel and continue to carry out activities such as the "SME Policy Service Tour to Cities and Prefectures." The Plan proposes that by 2030, the number of national demonstration platforms for public services for small and medium-sized enterprises will increase from 2 to 5.
