Beijing: Orderly layout of "Night Beijing" characteristic landmarks, check-in spots, and living circles.

The Beijing Municipal People's Government has issued the "Plan for Deepening the Development of Beijing as an International Consumption Center City During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period." The plan states that Beijing will highlight its "Beijing style," "fashion trends," "cultural core," and "technological soul," focus on key consumer groups such as young people, and systematically develop "Night Beijing" distinctive landmarks, photo spots, and living circles. It will enrich nighttime business formats and content offerings, cultivate "late-night canteen" specialty dining districts tailored to local conditions, launch premium nighttime performances and immersive nighttime exhibitions, support the development of distinctive night tour projects and premium routes, and enrich nighttime mass sports events. Using modern lighting and digital technologies, it will highlight urban aesthetic art and digital technology features, advance the construction of supporting facilities such as streetscape decorations, nighttime signage, and lighting installations, and hold light and shadow art festivals, lantern fairs, and light shows. It will promote the regulated development of distinctive nighttime business formats and create a "Night Beijing" that is inclusive and diverse, integrated in business formats, balanced between dynamism and tranquility, and safe and convenient.
