Zhito Finance APP News: Taijing Technology (603738.SH) announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Vietnam Taike Electronics Co., Ltd., in Vietnam and build a production base, with a total investment of no more than US$40 million, all sourced from the company's domestic self-owned funds. The investment funds will mainly be used for matters related to the establishment and operation of the overseas company, the purchase of land and factory buildings, factory construction, equipment procurement, and working capital.
