(referred to as "Transfar Zhilian") in Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hengdian Bohui"). At the same time, the company will, as a limited partner, jointly invest in Hengdian Bohui with other partners including Transfar Zhilian, and fulfill the corresponding paid-in capital contribution obligations with its own funds as agreed in the agreement.
