S&P: Assigns 'A+' Long-Term Issue Rating to State Grid International's Proposed AUD Notes

On October 8, S&P assigned an "A+" long-term issue rating to the proposed AUD-denominated senior unsecured notes to be issued by State Grid International Development Limited ("State Grid International"). The above notes are to be issued by State Grid Europe Development (2014) Public Ltd. Co. and fall under the company's US$10 billion secured medium-term note program.
