Fang Yongxin stepped down as legal representative, executive director, and general manager, while Hu Xiaoyu succeeded as legal representative and took on the roles of director and manager. The company was established in July 2010 with registered capital of RMB 10 million. Its business scope includes internet sales, advertising production, advertising distribution, and other areas. It is wholly owned by Hangzhou Alibaba Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd.
