On the south shore of the Qiongzhou Strait, Haikou New Hai Port and Xiuying Port are fully implementing all-booking crossings, with no offline ticket windows for small vehicles. Vehicles that have not successfully purchased tickets should not go to the ports. Small vehicles must arrive at the port within the period from 60 minutes to 120 minutes before the flight departs; arriving too early or too late will result in being restricted from entering the port. Individual passengers will stop being checked in 20 minutes before the flight departs. For crossings by new energy vehicles, Haikou Xiuying Port can be given priority.
