The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a blue rainstorm warning at 8:00 on October 3, 2026: From 8:00 on the 3rd to 8:00 on the 4th, some areas in central Hunan are expected to experience rainstorms, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and strong winds. Please strengthen precautions. Blue warning areas: southeastern Changsha, northern Zhuzhou, most of Xiangtan, southern Xiangxi Prefecture, southern Changde, western Yiyang, most of Huaihua, western Loudi, southwestern and northern Shaoyang.
