The Beijing Meteorological Observatory has issued a blue alert for strong winds: Affected by cold air, from the afternoon of the 3rd to the evening of the 4th, most areas of Beijing are expected to experience northerly winds of around force 4, with gusts of around force 7. In Changping, Mentougou, Shijingshan, western Fangshan, and western Haidian, gusts may reach force 8 or above. Please take precautions.
