One parcel will be transferred by listing, with a starting price of 1.99863 billion yuan. The parcel is designated for residential use and will be officially listed for transfer on October 20, 2026. The parcel being transferred is located in Xiaoshan District. The parcel will be subject to free bidding, and the winning bidder will be determined on the principle that the highest bidder wins.
