Honglu Steel Structure announced that the conversion of the company's convertible corporate bonds into shares caused the shareholding ratio of actual controller Shang Xiaobo and his concert parties to be passively diluted, without involving any change in the number of shares held. During the period from September 24, 2026 to September 28, 2026, a total of 1.4854 million Honglu Convertible Bonds were converted into shares, with 8.493 million shares converted. The company's total share capital increased from 745 million shares to 753 million shares, and the shareholding ratio of Shang Xiaobo and his concert parties was passively diluted from 44.25% to 43.75%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%.
