*ST Xiangyou announced that due to breaches of a series of contracts related to equipment procurement, equipment installation, debugging, and commissioning, the company has filed six lawsuits with the court, seeking to terminate the contracts, recover payments already made, and stop payment of the remaining amounts. At present, all six cases have been accepted by the court and have not yet been heard. The company is the plaintiff in all of them.
