Zhito Finance APP has learned that sustainable products manufacturer Med-X filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday to register its shares and complete a direct listing on Nasdaq. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "MXRX." Since this direct listing does not involve an underwriting commitment, there are no underwriters for the transaction; Maxim Group will serve as financial advisor.
