Jinjia Group (002191.SZ) plans to transfer a 33% equity stake in Hongjin Printing for RMB 119 million.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Jinjia Group (002191.SZ) announced that the company and Chongqing Hongsheng Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongsheng Printing") jointly signed the "Chongqing Hongjin Printing Co., Ltd. 33% Equity Transfer Agreement." According to the equity transfer agreement, the company will transfer its 33% equity in Chongqing Hongjin Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongjin Printing") to Hongsheng Printing for 119 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer directly hold equity in Hongjin Printing.
