On September 28, 2026, the company's board of directors approved the acquisition proposal and the supplementary agreement; the audit and valuation reports have been issued, the transaction consideration has been determined at RMB 214 million, the conditions for the effectiveness of the original agreement have been satisfied, and the implementation of the transaction still requires the completion of subsequent delivery-related procedures.
