Zhitong Finance APP News, Sichuan Meifeng (000731.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Meifeng Jialan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jialan Company") intends to sign a "Chemical Products Framework Procurement Contract Agreement" (referred to as the "Procurement Contract") with the affiliated party Tianjin Sinopec Yuetai Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianjin Yuetai"), agreeing that Jialan Company will supply diesel vehicle exhaust treatment fluid (i.e., automotive urea solution) to Tianjin Yuetai. This signing of the procurement contract is part of a public tender by the tenderee Tianjin Yuetai for unspecified bidders, and Jialan Company has been determined as a shortlisted bidder, with an estimated supply quantity of 60,600 tons and an estimated contract amount of approximately 79.2 million yuan. The contract is valid from the date of signing until August 31, 2028.
