Tongding Interconnection (002491.SZ) plans to acquire partial equity of Nanjing Heben Electromechanical for 100 million yuan.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Tongding Interconnection (002491.SZ) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Dingqi Xinyao Technology Co., Ltd. intend to acquire, by cash, 1.4231% equity of Nanjing Heben Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. legally and directly held by Huahao and 12.8753% equity of the target company indirectly held by Huahao. The total transaction consideration for this equity transfer is RMB 100 million. After the transaction is completed, the proportion of equity of the target company directly and indirectly held by the company will increase from 55% to 69.3%.
