U.S. spacecraft LINK failed to complete its mission and has re-entered the atmosphere.

Katalyst Space Technologies said on the 25th that its spacecraft LINK failed to complete the mission of raising the orbit of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory, and re-entered Earth's atmosphere after deorbiting that day. The LINK spacecraft was launched from the Marshall Islands on July 3. It was originally planned to rendezvous with and capture NASA's Swift Observatory in orbit, and use its own propulsion system to raise Swift's orbital altitude, thereby extending Swift's scientific observation lifespan.
