Because the company made accounting error corrections to report items such as operating revenue and operating costs in its 2025 first-quarter report, semi-annual report, and third-quarter report, and the relevant information disclosure was inaccurate, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to issue warning letters to the company, Chairman and General Manager Li Hui, and then Chief Financial Officer Wu Chunsheng, and to record the matter in the securities and futures market integrity archive.
