(referred to as "Jinbaize Technology") signed the "Partnership Agreement of Gongqingcheng Yaocan Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Gongqingcheng Peiyu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other limited partners. Jinbaize Technology plans to subscribe for a capital contribution of RMB 10 million with its own funds as a limited partner to invest in Gongqingcheng Yaocan Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongqingcheng Yaocan"), with a subscribed contribution ratio of 15.3846%.
