Zhitong Finance APP News, Jiansheng Group (603558.SH) announced that the company intends to participate as a limited partner in subscribing for fund shares of Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hengdian Bohui"). The company plans to contribute as a limited partner with no more than RMB 66 million of its own funds, accounting for 4% of the partnership's total subscribed capital. The manager, general partner, and executive partner of Hengdian Bohui is Hengdian Capital Venture Investment (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. The fund mainly invests in high-tech fields with high growth potential.
